About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Tech Lead/Architect to design and lead enterprise AI/ML solutions across cloud and data platforms.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in AI/ML, Data Engineering, or Cloud Architecture
• Hands-on with AWS AI/ML services: SageMaker, Bedrock, Glue, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Lake Formation
• Proficient in Python, SQL & ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with IaC: AWS CDK, Terraform, CloudFormation
• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, embeddings, vector search, & model optimization
• Proven experience building production-grade MLOps pipelines
• USC / GC (W2) work authorization

Nice To Haves

• AWS Certifications (ML Specialty, Solutions Architect Professional)
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, RAG architectures
• Industry-specific AI experience: Finance, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing

Responsibilities
