About The Position

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Generative AI Learning Solutions Architect to support our national security customers. This role involves helping government customers leverage generative AI in their missions, learning from diverse enterprise use cases of AWS ML and generative AI, and being a key part of Amazon's long-standing investment in AI technology. AWS is a leader in deploying AI on the cloud, and this position is for someone passionate about this space and dedicated to helping government customers understand the impact of AI on their missions. Your responsibilities include providing guidance on customer engagements, developing white papers, blogs, reference implementations, and presentations to enable customers and partners, and creating field enablement materials for the broader SA population. You must have deep technical experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, or generative AI, with a strong background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or technology. Familiarity with the AI software vendor ecosystem and Python data science environments is essential for assisting customers with software selection. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and strong technical abilities to engage with customers at all levels. Previous AWS experience is desired but not required if you have experience building large-scale solutions. You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with senior engineers and influence roadmaps.
