About The Position

As an AI software engineer, you know that good software is more than just a nice-looking interface + data. Today, you need to develop user-focused solutions that increase organizational efficiency and enable better decision-making. Booz Allen is the leading provider of AI services to the nation—we’re looking for a software engineer like you to create artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that help solve The Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community's (IC) toughest problems. On our team, you’ll create and implement complete end‑to‑end solutions that modernize DoW and IC ISR mission and weapon‑system environments. You’ll ensure that your team’s solutions consider the broader enterprise ecosystem, spanning multi‑domain data, secure ISR architectures, and emerging mission applications as well as future functionality and enhancements needed to accelerate capability transition to operational users. At a high level, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy advanced AI/ML‑driven software and analytics that strengthen ISR decision advantage and modernization efforts for the DoW and IC. Additionally, you’ll deepen your skill set in areas like secure ISR data engineering, advanced analytics, operational prototyping, software-defined ISR architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, and mission‑focused AI/ML experimentation all within some of the DoW's and IC’s most critical R&D and mission‑engineering environments. Ready to transform ISR mission systems and next‑generation warfighter capabilities for the better with AI technology? Join us. The world can’t wait.
