At a high level, you will design, develop, integrate, and deploy advanced AI/ML‑driven software and analytics that strengthen ISR decision advantage and modernization efforts for the DoW and IC. Additionally, you’ll deepen your skill set in areas like secure ISR data engineering, advanced analytics, operational prototyping, software-defined ISR architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, and mission‑focused AI/ML experimentation all within some of the DoW's and IC’s most critical R&D and mission‑engineering environments. Requirements

5+ years of experience with Python
5+ years of experience with common ML frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit‑learn
3+ years of experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning
Experience with software engineering, including version control, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerization practices consistent with modern ML engineering expectations
Experience building end‑to‑end data and ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model evaluation, and integration into operational systems
Ability to work in secure, mission‑focused environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including data engineers, developers, and ISR mission SMEs to align solutions with DoW and IC priorities
Secret clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering and 5+ years of experience with AI/ML or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with AI/ML

Nice To Haves

Experience with MLOps frameworks and tooling, including MLflow, Kubeflow, experiment tracking, and reproducible pipelines
Experience with cloud or on‑prem secure compute environments, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or high‑side mission systems
Experience with emerging techniques, including generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and RAG
Experience in software‑defined ISR architectures, DevSecOps pipelines, or operational prototyping in government R&D ecosystems
Knowledge of ML lifecycle best practices
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree
AI/ML certification

Responsibilities
