About The Position

This position is for an AI/ML Engineering Co-op in King of Prussia, PA. You will get to work closely with our team of excellent software developers who are eager to mentor and teach their craft and have the opportunity to work with members of our Leadership team to learn about other areas of interest to you!

Requirements

• Proficiency with any one of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, etc.
• Familiar with at least one unsupervised, and one supervised machine learning technique
• Proficiency in data science and data analysis
• Great communication skills
• Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

• Experience training and developing machine learning models
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM), vector databases (e.g. ChromaDB, Weaviate)
• Experience using Agentic coding assistants
• Experience with Pytorch, Tensorflow, and/or Keras
• Experience with Cloud infrastructures – AWS or C2S preferred
• Experience working within an Agile framework for feature development
• Experience with Containerization – Docker preferred
• Experience developing performant algorithms in various domains

Responsibilities

• Working with a diverse team to research and develop AI/ML models
• Working on an AI/ML program that will be: Exploring advanced Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) techniques
• Exploring various text embedding models and techniques
• Fine tuning embedding models
• Building a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server
• Exploring synthetic data generation techniques
• Regular meetings with mentor(s)
