About The Position

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong foundation in Python scripting to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. You will play a crucial role in driving innovation and enhancing our AI capabilities, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python scripting, with a focus on libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Proficient in Python, LangChain, LangGraph, GCP, A2A, MCP
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Understanding of big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and their application in machine learning.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
