AI/ML Engineer
About The Position
The AI/ML Engineer - Supply Chain & Logistics will support a Department of Defense client. The responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced machine learning models for logistics optimization, predictive analytics, and anomaly detection. This role involves applying techniques such as reinforcement learning, neural networks, and metaheuristics to solve complex supply chain and inventory challenges. The engineer will develop real-time decision systems for dynamic pricing, resource allocation, and predictive maintenance, and lead architecture design for scalable, secure, and maintainable AI systems. Additionally, the role includes mentoring engineering teams, enforcing best practices in ML development and secure software engineering, and aligning technical roadmaps with defense AI strategies and mission-critical requirements. The position also involves exploring and implementing emerging AI/ML technologies to address logistics challenges in contested and uncertain environments, and conducting feasibility studies while contributing to innovation initiatives, academic collaborations, and technology evaluations.
Requirements
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years of experience in AI/ML

Responsibilities
