About The Position

This role focuses on developing and implementing AI/ML capabilities, with a strong emphasis on large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). The engineer will be responsible for integrating these technologies into applications and workflows, developing agentic AI capabilities, and supporting inference pipelines. A key aspect of the role involves evaluating AI capabilities, documenting findings, and communicating technical contributions effectively.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience working on or developing AI/ML capabilities.
• At least four years of relevant AI/ML experience.
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience integrating LLM-enabled software and RAG capabilities into applications or workflows.
• Experience developing or supporting agentic-AI capabilities and multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience designing, building, or supporting inference pipelines.
• Ability to evaluate AI-enabled capabilities and clearly document findings, design decisions, and results.
• Ability to test and document AI-enabled software capabilities.
• Ability to clearly explain personal technical ownership and contributions.
• Strong collaboration and technical-communication skills.
