About The Position

The AI/ML Engineer develops minimum viable products and comprehensive AI solutions that meet client expectations and add business value. The role leads the design, development, and implementation of custom AI solutions, evaluates use cases, defines product strategies and architectures, builds AI models and frameworks, and implements security features. It also involves analyzing client requirements and technology environments, monitoring AI and industry trends, resolving product issues, and planning for current and future AI needs. The position includes substantial client and team engagement: maintaining relationships with strategic partners and decision makers, consulting on product design, gathering client insights, supporting responses to RFPs, demonstrating products, and preparing presentations. Team responsibilities include forecasting and hiring talent, onboarding and training, supporting career progression, managing attrition, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and leading employee engagement initiatives. Success is measured through technical delivery and innovation, client-centric delivery, and capability building and team management.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Manage product and solution development using appropriate AI techniques.
Lead development and implementation of custom solutions using modern AI technology.
Review and evaluate use cases to determine whether product development can add business value.
Create product development strategies and integrate products with larger interfaces.
Create AI models and frameworks and implement them to address business problems.
Draft user interfaces and develop AI models in response to business problems.
Analyze technology environments and client requirements to define AI product solutions and architectures.
Implement security features required by product specifications.
Review use cases and identify current AI technologies applicable to product development.
Identify problem areas, perform root-cause analysis, and provide solutions.
Track industry and application trends and apply them to current and future AI planning.
Create and delegate work plans to the programming team.
Interact with the Holmes advisory board to share knowledge and best practices.
Develop and maintain client relationships with strategic partners and decision makers.
Lead discussions and consult on product design based on customer needs.
Participate in client interactions and gather product-development insights.
Coordinate with vertical delivery and business teams and provide or correct responses to RFPs and client requirements.
Assist with product demonstrations and collect client feedback.
Design product-focused presentations for seminars, meetings, and enclaves.
Forecast talent requirements based on current and future business needs and hire appropriate team resources.
Ensure team onboarding and training, build internal talent and support career progression, manage attrition, and promote diversity in leadership positions.
Set team goals, conduct timely performance reviews, provide constructive feedback to direct reports, and ensure Performance Nxt is followed across the team.
Lead team engagement initiatives, monitor satisfaction scores, and identify ways to improve engagement.
