About The Position
The AI/ML Engineer will design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and build AI-driven solutions using Python and machine learning frameworks. The role includes data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, development of AI/ML pipelines, and deploying models into production. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, explore Generative AI, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs), and monitor model performance while optimizing existing solutions. This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in New Jersey. Applicants must have one of the specified U.S. work authorization statuses: H-4 EAD, Green Card, Green Card EAD, or U.S. Citizen. Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or a related field.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Understanding of SQL, data processing, and feature engineering.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have one of the following U.S. work authorization statuses: H-4 EAD, Green Card (GC), Green Card EAD (GC EAD), or U.S. Citizen (USC).
