About The Position

Glint Tech Solutions is hiring an AI & ML Engineer for Washington DC / Canton, MD! We are looking for a passionate AI & ML Engineer to help transform claim processing, provider prediction, and automation workflows for a leading healthcare payor. If you love building intelligent solutions that create real-world impact — this long-term contract role is for you!

Requirements

• STEM degree — Master's/Ph.D. with 2+ years OR Bachelor's with 7+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (LLMs, custom models)
• Strong background in predictive modeling, ML, and data science
• Programming skills in Python, Java, and R
• Experience with Spark, Hive, Hadoop ecosystem, and SQL/NoSQL/graph databases
• Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS cloud platforms, and model deployment
• Agile/Scrum and DevOps exposure

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AWS Bedrock & AgentCore
• Background in Healthcare Payor Insurance industry

Responsibilities

• Build predictive analytics, automation frameworks, and ML models to support smarter decision-making
• Apply data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learning to uncover insights and improve processes
• Develop and maintain ML models and Generative AI solutions using AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, and AgentCore
• Enhance data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and deliver clear ad-hoc analysis
• Create anomaly detection systems and track their performance
