U.S. Bank is seeking an AI/ML Enablement Lead Engineer to play a critical role in accelerating adoption of enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. This is a high-visibility opportunity to operate at the intersection of engineering, business, and AI innovation, partnering directly with Lines of Business to deliver impactful solutions using modern AI technologies. This person will act as a key bridge between business teams and the central AI platform organization, translating business needs into scalable AI solutions and enabling rapid delivery of high-value use cases. They will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong communication and solutioning capabilities to guide teams in leveraging enterprise AI platforms while helping scale AI adoption across the bank.
