About The Position
We are seeking an AI/ML Developer with a strong hands-on coding background to design and write code for AI solutions. This role involves building Agents, Skills, and MCP with integrations to other systems, APIs, and databases. The ideal candidate will have significant AI/ML experience prior to 2023 and a deep understanding of how the technology works, enabling them to develop solutions without AI assistance. This is a hybrid role, with preferred locations in Charlotte, NC, or Frisco, TX. Remote work is an option but less preferred.
Requirements
- AI/ML experience BEFORE 2023 (non-negotiable)
- Strong hands-on coding engineer (not just architecture or MLOps)
- GitHub / Git experience
- CI/CD tools – specifically CloudBees and ElectricFlow (often referred to as Electric CI/CD)
- Agentic AI / LLM systems
- Python
- TypeScript
- LangChain
- Integration with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
Responsibilities
- Design and write code for AI solutions.

- Develop AI solutions with a deep understanding of the technology, capable of working without AI assistance.
