Requirements

6+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI/ML systems or data‑driven solutions
Experience deploying and scaling AI solutions on AWS
Experience guiding teams through the development and deployment of AI models and analytics solutions
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks, cloud platforms, and modern integration architectures
Ability to translate business challenges into technical approaches that meet mission and enterprise goals
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science and 1+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI/ML systems or data ‑ driven solutions or 4+ years of experience architecting and implementing AI/ML systems or data ‑ driven solutions in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives or large‑scale digital modernization
Possession of strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI system architectures, reference designs, and integration patterns.
Define technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to ensure responsible, ethical, and secure use of AI.
Partner with business and mission stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and shape AI solution roadmaps.
Apply industry‑leading principles to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and compliant with applicable policies.
Recommend and implement AI capabilities that improve workflows, enhance decision‑making, and modernize operations.
Communicate complex technical concepts to leadership and non‑technical audiences to inform decision‑making and prioritization.
