About The Position
Inspire11 is seeking a Data Consultant to join their team. As a Data Consultant, you will partner with clients to define strategies for optimizing their business in data and digital realms, including modern data architecture, custom application development, and design thinking. The role involves acting as a puzzle solver, assembling client-provided pieces to reveal a bigger picture. In this role, you will discover and understand client needs through stakeholder interviews, data profiling, and process mapping. You will analyze raw data sets, data flows, and business logic to identify insights, trends, accuracy, and performance. Additionally, you will design, build, and implement BI reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI, interface with clients throughout the delivery process, collaborate with Digital, Design, and Engineering practices for end-to-end solutions, and apply Agile methodology to manage client workstreams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of consulting experience with a focus on data analysis
- Extensive experience in SQL and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Ability to stay organized and flexible
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience collaborating with and presenting work to clients and stakeholders
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast paced environments
- Willingness and ability to be onsite at the Inspire11 or client location depending on project needs
Responsibilities
