About The Position

As an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Computational Science professional, you will formulate real-world problems into practical, efficient, and scalable AI and machine learning solutions. You will develop and implement AI solutions to drive innovation and improve performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams and applying machine learning, deep learning, and data analysis to solve complex problems. The role designs and builds AI services and machine learning models, deploys trained models in production, and creates agents and multi-agent architectures to optimize client workflows. Travel may be required, ranging from 0% to 100% depending on business and client needs.

Requirements

At least 6 years of full-time experience in data analysis, statistics, machine learning, or computer science.
At least 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or demonstrated proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
At least 5 years of experience with AI/ML and cognitive services from at least one cloud service provider.
At least 1 year of experience designing, building, and/or implementing agentic architectures.
At least 1 year of experience building conversational AI applications using cloud-based services and orchestrating AI/ML services into a complete solution.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); candidates with an associate’s degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.

Experience managing and leading Generative AI/agentic delivery across enterprises.
Deep industry expertise and experience designing industry-specific AI solutions.
Experience building AI infrastructure and optimizing or scaling performance.
Consulting or advisory background with a strong track record of continual experimentation with emerging technology.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders on solutions for new system roll-outs, enhancements, and maintenance of existing applications, ensuring adherence to programming standards.
Develop system specifications, create test plans, and manage projects and issues for the assigned scope of work.
Design and build solutions using AI services and machine learning models for specific use cases.
Use machine learning and advanced AI techniques to extract insights from complex datasets and solve problems.
Deploy trained models into production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and integration with existing systems and applications.
Design and implement agents and multi-agent architectures to optimize client workflows.
Travel as required by business needs and client requirements, potentially from 0% to 100%.
