About The Position

Uplane (YC F25) is a startup that aims to solve the problem of wasted spending on ineffective advertising, mismatched landing pages, and poor budget allocation. They offer a self-improving AI system that creates ads, builds matching landing pages, and allocates budgets across various channels. The company is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Intern to join their team full-time, either on-site in San Francisco/Berlin or remotely, for a minimum of four months. The intern will assist with daily business operations alongside a fast-moving and ambitious team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Passion for marketing, you love creative work
• Strong social skills, you love working with people
• Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; willing to solve whatever problem you or the customers may face

Nice To Haves

• Previous touchpoints with marketing or AdTech
• Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Use AI to create high-performance ads and landing pages.
• Manage campaign setups and optimize budgets based on performance.
• Conduct research to build data-driven strategies.
• Identify scaling opportunities and provide daily reporting to scale growth.
• Help build and optimize processes and provide feedback to the Product Team to refine the AI software.
