About The Position

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking an AI and automation specialist for a fixed-scope, one-time project to design, build, and hand off an AI agent. This agent will be responsible for recruiting experienced life insurance agents and financial advisors. The project involves creating a working AI agent that can reach out to candidates, answer their questions, qualify them, and book interviews directly onto the company's calendar. It also requires integration with existing tools such as calendars, CRM, and email/SMS systems. The role includes setting up and testing outreach scripts and qualification questions, providing comprehensive documentation and a walkthrough, and conducting a live training session for the team. A 30-day post-launch support period for bug fixes and adjustments is included, after which full handoff will occur. All accounts, logins, and assets will be established in the company's name.

Requirements

• Proven track record building and deploying AI agents, chatbots, or marketing automation that delivered measurable results.
• Strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, and funnel strategy.
• Hands-on experience with AI platforms and APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n).
• Hands-on experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Working knowledge of paid advertising on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to turn business goals into working systems with minimal oversight.
• Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas to non-technical agents.

Responsibilities
