About The Position

The AI Machine Learning Scientist Associate is responsible for Artificial Intelligence (AI) scientific and statistical methods to assist with product creation, development, and improvement. Assists in determining cause and effect relations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field of study.
One (1) year of Information Technology (IT) experience focusing on predictive analytics, or related.
One (1) year of required Information Technology (IT), or related experience focusing on predictive analytics must include:
Python
SQL
AWS
Kubeflow
Data Mining
Predictive and Segmentation modeling
Reporting and Data Visualization
Machine Learning (ML)
Large Language Models (LLM)
Prompt Engineering

Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and techniques to solve business problems and optimize member experiences.
Leverage supervised machine learning solutions such as Linear Regression, Logistic Regression, and Random Forest model development.
Leverage unsupervised machine learning solutions, such as Cluster Analysis, for model development.
Develop machine learning algorithms to build customized solutions that go beyond standard industry tools and lead to innovative solutions.
Determine the continuous improvement opportunities of current predictive modeling algorithms.
Assist other Machine Learning Scientists with the development and implementation of machine learning algorithms and data modeling.
Perform independent research on various machine learning algorithms/methodologies and be able to formulate them to solve business problems.
Design and implement interactive dashboards and visualizations to clearly communicate model outcomes, assumptions, and impact to non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into products, workflows, and customer-facing platforms.
Ensure model transparency, robustness, and compliance with governance and ethical AI standards.
