About The Position

We are looking for an LLM-specialized engineer to lead the development of intelligent and scalable applications. You will build chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents, ensuring reliability, security, and performance in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM applications: chatbots, copilots, and autonomous agents
• Integrate and orchestrate model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers)
• Architect RAG pipelines; manage memory, context, and embeddings
• Implement guardrails and response validation; optimize latency and token cost
• Configure monitoring and observability for LLM systems in production
• Collaborate with technical and analytics teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks
