About The Position

This is a client-facing, hands-on engineering and solutioning role, spanning pre-sales through early delivery. The role is within the Enterprise AI Platforms & Agentic Solutions business unit, which is dedicated to helping organizations move beyond pilots into scaled, production-grade AI adoption. This includes functional consulting, an AI Foundry, and agentic AI platforms to deliver integrated solutions that transform how work gets done across the enterprise. The business unit operates across various industries such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail/CPG, Energy & Utilities, Travel & Hospitality, HiTech, and Media, working closely with industry go-to-market teams to create repeatable AI solutions, accelerators, and transformation programs aligned to real business outcomes.

Requirements

• Python (must have)
• 12+ years in AI, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• 3+ years hands-on experience in AI stack
• 5+ years designing enterprise platforms
• 3+ years implementing AIOps or Observability platforms
• Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation programs
• Experience supporting mission-critical or regulated industry platforms
• Experience working with AI/ML production environments and operational frameworks
• Strong stakeholder management with enterprise architecture, operations, security, and delivery teams
