About The Position

Wipro Limited is seeking an AI Lead (Generative AI) to contribute to prompt engineering and the development of AI-powered workflows. This role involves assisting with the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI models in production environments, collaborating with data scientists and engineers for seamless integration of AI capabilities, and performing data preprocessing, feature engineering, and API development for AI applications. The successful candidate will participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation, and stay updated with advancements in GenAI, sharing relevant learnings with the team. The role requires a background in Product Development, familiarity with Google's Application & cloud products, and the ability to lead a practice, own strategy & execution, build assets, and own Go-To-Market/Field initiatives. The candidate should be well-versed in emerging trends, IT/business drivers for products and solutions development, and crowd-sourcing approaches in open-source cloud platforms, with good execution understanding of Cloud-based application development using Google Technologies. They must be able to handle conversations and relationships at CXO levels and possess excellent communication skills, with familiarity with the global working model. This position also involves representing the Wipro brand in industry/vendor forums, building connections with Business/IT Leadership and Industry Analysts, contributing to practice development strategy, methodology, and execution, and conceptualizing and assisting in designing new solutions. Ideation of disruptive/future-proof solutions to enable growth is also a key aspect, along with working with Google alliance teams to develop joint solutions.

Requirements

• Played Product Development role for a reputable Product Company, like Google
• Well versed in the Application & cloud products from Google
• Well versed with the emerging trends, IT/business drivers for products and solutions development, crowd sourcing approaches in open source cloud platforms
• Good execution understanding of Cloud based application development using Google Technologies
• Must be able to handle conversation & relationship at CXO levels
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with global working model
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration
• Exposure to RAG systems and basic knowledge of hybrid search techniques
• Exposure to Multi-Agent systems
• Understanding of model deployment and containerization (Docker)
• Proficiency in Python for AI development, data preprocessing, and scripting
• Understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Awareness of AI compliance, data privacy, and responsible AI principles
• Hands-on experience with at least one major machine learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras)
