AI ISP Data Cener Engineer

TrueNet Communications•Jacksonville, FL

About The Position

TrueNet Communications is seeking an AI ISP Data Center Engineer to develop engineering designs for telecommunications networks, facilities, and AI data center infrastructure. The position focuses on designing high-density AI/HPC rack and cage builds, with deliverables such as rack elevations, rail-to-NIC mappings, cabling and patching plans, network cut sheets, bills of material, methods of procedure, implementation and test plans, and accurate redline and as-built documentation. The engineer must account for facility constraints including power availability, cooling, aisle discipline, security boundaries, meet-me-room handoffs, and colocation procedures. The role supports AI platform deployments, including Lenovo NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 and comparable systems, and covers rack-scale connectivity, GPU cluster fabrics, power distribution, cooling, airflow, and installation requirements. The engineer interprets network diagrams, site surveys, customer specifications, and OEM documentation; coordinates with customers, architects, vendors, data center operators, project managers, and installation teams; and provides technical support through implementation, testing, and network turn-up. The position may involve work in the field, an office, or a remote environment. Duties may vary depending on management.
