Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate, four-year degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related degree

  • Currently enrolled as an undergraduate junior
  • Basic understanding of construction and generally accepted business practices
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills and show initiative and leadership
  • Showcase a positive and professional attitude and solid customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and can effectively handle multiple competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Support the development of AI agents and tools that improve how we work – from smarter communication, automation within construction solutions, and predictive insights.
  • Collaborate with the AI team and Data Solutions to prototype solutions, explore emerging technologies, and contribute to real-world applications of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Assist in building and testing AI agents and custom AI systems
  • Contribute to prompt engineering agent workflows, and user feedback loops
  • Help prepare data sets for training and evaluation, while experimenting with pre-trained models for NPL, computer vision, and generative AI
  • Document learning and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
  • All other duties as assigned

Benefits

  • The hourly wage for college Interns starts at $18. Students may be paid higher wages based on their year in school.
