About The Position

We are currently seeking a Summer Intern in AI Analyst to join our Governance team. In this role, you will learn applied artificial intelligence development, agentic automation design, and AI governance frameworks. As a Summer Intern in AI Analyst at JLL, you will: Agentic & Automated Workflow Development : Prototype and evaluate autonomous AI agents and multi-step agentic workflows capable of task decomposition, tool use, and automated reasoning to streamline governance and operations. Process Automation : Identify operational bottlenecks across the portfolio and design automated pipelines that minimize manual data entry and recurring administrative tasks. Data Analytics & Reporting : Assist in synthesizing portfolio data, improving data validation checks, and building automated dashboards to ensure high-reliability reporting for leadership. Tool Research & Evaluation : Benchmark emerging AI platforms, open-source agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI), and Google AI solutions against business criteria such as accuracy, latency, security, and cost. Cross-Portfolio Discovery : Partner with operational teams to scope high-impact AI use cases, document functional requirements, and establish evaluation benchmarks. Governance & Risk Assessment : Document safety, hallucination mitigation, compliance, and responsible AI considerations for deployed agents and automated pipelines. Deliverable Communication : Translate technical findings into concise executive summaries, visual architecture diagrams, and actionable presentations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Foundational proficiency in Python and familiarity with REST APIs.
  • Hands-on exposure to LLMs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude), prompt engineering techniques, and basic agentic concepts (tool calling, chaining, memory, multi-agent coordination).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis libraries (Pandas), or visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Ability to articulate technical AI concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.
  • Permanent US work authorization required.
