AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development
About The Position
GenScript is seeking an AI Intern for Enterprise Agent Development. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and optimizing enterprise AI Agents. The intern will build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models. A key part of the role is integrating these AI Agents with enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems to automate business processes. The intern will also develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools, and collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling.
- Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope.
- Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods.
- Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
