About The Position

The AI Innovation Lead at CITY WIDE FACILITY SOLUTIONS will spearhead the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation across the organization. This role requires a visionary leader capable of integrating cutting-edge AI technologies to solve complex business challenges and optimize processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or data science roles.
Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to implementation.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
Familiarity with AI ethics, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate and think strategically.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.
