About The Position

Qualcomm’s AI Infrastructure Software team is seeking a highly motivated and versatile software engineer to develop cutting-edge embedded software across the full system stack on Qualcomm Snapdragon® processors. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize core software frameworks that power next-generation AI and compute workloads across a broad range of applications, including machine learning inferencing, computer vision, virtual/augmented reality, image and video processing, automotive systems, IoT, sensors, audio, and more. You will work on challenging low-level software problems involving inter-processor communication, memory management, execution environments, concurrency management, and DSP acceleration frameworks. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to technologies that enable high-performance, power-efficient computing on industry-leading Snapdragon platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2+ years of experience with high-performance microprocessor design.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
Solid understanding of computer architecture, operating systems, and embedded systems concepts.
Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and concurrent software design.
Experience with software debugging, performance analysis, and system optimization techniques.
Familiarity with multimedia, compute, and driver frameworks on Linux, Android, or Windows platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and drive technical solutions.
