This role will be based in San Francisco, New York, Chicago. At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. The GBO Information Management team is part of LinkedIn's Go-to-Market-Enablement (GTME) Center of Excellence organization and is responsible for creating and maintaining trusted knowledge for the Global Business Organization (GBO). This includes our Sales, Customer Success, Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, and Global Support teams. Our mission is to empower GBO with seamless, trusted knowledge that is verified by SMEs, powered by AI, and embedded into their flow of work. We are seeking an early-career AI Governance & Advisory Associate to support GBO’s AI governance approach, including sustainment of AI agents. This role will ensure agents meet quality and verification standards, remain accurate over time, and are aligned to best practices. In addition, this role will provide AI agent build consultations to partners and support knowledge agent builds and enhancements where needed. To be successful, you are a structured problem-solver with a strong interest in AI governance, quality, and scalability, and also possess an eagerness to experiment with AI tools. You are comfortable working across ambiguity, defining and upholding standards, and partnering with builders and stakeholders to ensure solutions are not only effective at launch, but sustainable and trustworthy over time.
