We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Governance Analyst to establish, maintain, and enhance governance frameworks for the responsible, secure, and compliant use of AI technologies. This role ensures AI systems align with regulatory requirements, organizational policies, ethical standards, and industry best practices. The analyst will collaborate with AI teams, legal, compliance, risk, security, and business stakeholders to govern AI initiatives throughout their lifecycle. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Risk Management, Information Systems, Law, Compliance, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, audit, information security, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and Generative AI concepts.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience documenting policies, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to interpret regulations and translate requirements into practical controls.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Excellent report-writing and documentation abilities.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks.
• Assist in developing AI policies, standards, and governance procedures.
