About The Position

Cortrucent is hiring an early-career AI Generalist to use leading AI platforms—including Claude, Gemini, Meta Llama, ChatGPT, and in-house models—to build, test, troubleshoot, and operationalize technology across application development, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. The role offers exposure to many areas of technology, direct learning from senior team members, and opportunities to contribute to client deliverables and internal operations from the start. The position is onsite at Cortrucent’s Berlin, New Jersey offices for a minimum of 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is 40 onsite hours, and workloads regularly extend beyond that during client deliverables, incidents, and project deadlines. The role is intended for a recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of experience, with responsibility increasing as skills develop.

Requirements

A degree in a technology field or equivalent hands-on experience, such as bootcamps, personal projects, or internships.
Commitment to continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.
Ability to work onsite at Cortrucent offices in Berlin, New Jersey, for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Willingness to work beyond the standard 40 hours during client deliverables, incidents, and project deadlines.
Exceptional work ethic, strong drive, and passion for technology.
Self-starter who takes ownership, figures things out, and delivers results.
Comfort moving between different types of work and interest in growing into larger responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Write, run, and refine prompts and AI workflows to accelerate deliverables.
Support testing, quality assurance, bug fixes, and feature enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues across applications, security tools, and infrastructure.
Document processes and help train team members on AI tools.
Research new AI platforms and share findings.
Work across the technology stack and take on greater responsibility as skills grow.
Contribute to client deliverables and internal operations.
