About The Position

This role focuses on hands-on development of integrations, connectivity, prompt engineering, and event-driven flows, with solutions deployed on GCP. It also includes establishing a scalable support model and rapidly translating ideas into reusable solutions in a fast-paced, regulated environment. The role involves building and maintaining AI agents, leveraging prompt engineering, and collaborating with governance, innovation, architecture, and cloud teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• 8–12 years of software engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2–4 years of software development experience

Nice To Haves

• Strong full-stack development (API, backend, UI)
• Experience building AI-enabled applications
• Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run) or similar platforms
• Experience with Kubernetes, cloud deployments, and DevOps
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments

• Basic Prompt Engineering & AI Model Integration
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and agent-based systems

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Build AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions end-to-end
• Develop agent workflows, prompt patterns, and evaluation frameworks
• Create prototypes and reusable components
• Design scalable backend services, APIs, and integrations
• Implement event-driven solutions and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate with enterprise systems and ensure secure coding practices
• Collaborate to deliver high-quality innovation solutions
• Develop and support AI-enabled applications, APIs, and automation solutions
• Assist in building AI agents, workflows, and prompt patterns
• Contribute to prototypes and reusable components
• Support backend service and API development
• Assist in implementing event-driven solutions and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate with enterprise systems following secure coding practices
• Collaborate with teams to deliver quality solutions and learn best practices
