About The Position
CGI is seeking an AI Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. Builds the application layer end users interact with the modern full-stack experience that surfaces AI capabilities in a usable, performant, enterprise-ready product. As one of the world's largest independent IT and business consulting services firms, CGI combines deep industry expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver innovative solutions for clients around the globe. This role can be performed in the Tri-State area near any CGI office - hybrid.
Requirements
- Experience building enterprise B2B SaaS applications (not solely consumer-facing applications).
- 4+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Backend development experience with Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience designing and developing REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Experience integrating applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and business workflows.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering best practices, including testing, version control, and secure application development.
Nice To Haves
- Experience building AI-enabled user experiences, including streaming responses, agent status/progress, and human-in-the-loop review workflows.
- Experience developing AI-native enterprise B2B SaaS products comparable to Harvey AI, Linear AI, Cursor, or Notion AI, where AI is embedded into the core product experience.
- Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Clinical Trials, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with enterprise design systems and UX patterns used in modern B2B SaaS products.
Responsibilities
- Develop modern full-stack applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js
- Build and consume REST/GraphQL APIs connecting front-end experiences to AI and data services
- Design responsive, intuitive UI/UX for AI-embedded features (e.g., chat interfaces, workflow builders, human-in-the-loop review screens)
- Integrate application layer with enterprise APIs, databases, and business workflows
- Collaborate with AI Engineering to consume AI outputs (extraction results, agent responses, recommendations) in-product
- Collaborate with the Azure/Cloud Developer on deployment, environment configuration, and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and technical planning
