AI Experience Designer, United States - BCG X

Urban Ridge Supplies•New York, NY
•$122,400 - $136,000

About The Position

As an AI Experience Designer at BCG X, you will work as a product designer, owning meaningful portions of complex digital experiences at enterprise scale. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from early problem framing through high-fidelity execution and delivery. You will work in multidisciplinary teams with strategy consultants, AI Product Managers, Forward Deployed AI Engineers, and Forward Deployed AI Scientists. You will design usable, elegant, scalable solutions that balance user needs, technical constraints, and measurable business impact. The role is execution-focused and hands-on, with growing exposure to stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and product strategy. BCG expects designers to be builders with developing product judgment, rather than task executors. The role is based in the United States, with listed office locations in New York and Pittsburgh. Employees must live within a reasonable commuting distance of their home office and attend the office as directed. Work often involves travel to client sites, with a stated expectation of 50% travel, and may at times require extended working hours. The first-year base compensation range is $122,400 to $136,000. BCG offers a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement contributions, paid parental leave, paid time off, holidays, and other family and fitness benefits.
