Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 12+ years of experience in enterprise, solution, or platform architecture roles supporting large‑scale, cross‑functional initiatives
• 5 years' experience designing and governing enterprise data architectures, including platforms and semantic layers that support analytics and AI
• 3 years experience architectural leadership across Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures, with accountability for design decisions and outcomes
• Experience guiding AI initiatives from early discovery through development, production deployment, and long‑term lifecycle management
• Experience incorporating security, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI requirements into solution architectures
• Ability to lead through influence, partnering effectively with business leaders, product teams, engineering, data, security, and governance stakeholders
• Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Experience operating within or establishing an Enterprise AI Center of Excellence or enterprise architecture function
• Familiarity with AI platform operations, including model lifecycle management, observability, and governance frameworks
• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology

Responsibilities

• Consulting across corporate functions and business units to translate business needs into end‑to-end AI solution architectures spanning discovery, design, delivery, and operations.
• Defining and maintaining enterprise AI reference architectures, standards, and reusable patterns across data, platforms, applications, and integrations.
• Leading build / buy / partner architectural decision‑making, including platform strategy, vendor evaluation, integration approaches, and long‑term ecosystem fit.
• Designing and governing modern AI architectures, including Generative AI, LLMs, agentic systems, and the data and knowledge layers that enable them.
• Embedding responsible AI considerations into solution designs, addressing data governance, privacy, compliance, and risk management requirements.
