About The Position

We're looking for content developers for its Master in AI Systems Engineering.
Requirements
- 5+ years shipping production software
- 2+ years in production AI/ML
- A legacy-to-AI migration track record, with architectural decision records you've actually defended.
- Ability to build the artifact personally, to production standard.
- Public writing samples showing technical explanation (docs, workshop material, book chapter, or open-source project known for its docs), including ability to write to publication standard.
- Professional written English.
- Familiarity with tech/reference frameworks: version-controlled ADRs and compliance-map templates.
- Knowledge of: EU AI Act, MX LFPDPPP-2025, BR LGPD and Bill 2338/2023, CO CONPES 4144.
Responsibilities
- Develop content for the Master in AI Systems Engineering program.
- Write technical explanations, documentation, workshop materials, book chapters, or open-source project documentation.
- Demonstrate ability to write to publication standard.
- Build artifacts personally to production standard.
- Showcase a legacy-to-AI migration track record with defended architectural decision records.
