About The Position

As an AI Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will inspire others to follow your vision, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements. In this role at PwC, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy software and platform systems that create Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based solutions at scale. Your work will involve designing AI systems, data wrangling, and software implementation to enable the AI models to be useful and scalable. You will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 9 years of experience

Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering
At least one of the following: Certifications aligned to data engineering, machine learning, and cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or related data and AI credentials
Leading AI implementation projects with a focus on innovation
Utilizing advanced machine learning libraries like TensorFlow and Scikit-Learn
Developing complex data models and pipelines for analytics
Excelling in programming languages such as Python and C++
Driving thought leadership in artificial intelligence and data science
