About The Position

We are looking for an AI Engineering Lead to design and build intelligent systems focused on automating supply chain processes. This role will combine machine learning models with agentic AI solutions to predict scenarios and optimize decision-making. The position requires strong experience in AI engineering, modern frontend technologies such as React, and a solid understanding of UX/UI principles to deliver intuitive and impactful solutions.

Requirements

Strong experience in AI/ML engineering and production-level systems.
Experience building or working with agentic AI systems.
Proficiency in frontend development with React.
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
Experience integrating predictive models into business workflows.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders.
Advanced English required (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions for supply chain optimization.
Build and orchestrate agentic AI systems to automate decision-making processes.
Develop and integrate machine learning models for predictive analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Design user-facing applications using React with a strong focus on UX/UI.
Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI systems.
Drive technical decisions and best practices across the AI engineering team.
Mentor and guide engineers, promoting a high-performance engineering culture.
