About The Position

As an AI Engineer at Accordance, you will develop and ship best-in-class AI solutions and iterate based on customer feedback from our users. You will work closely with our Finance & Accounting Research and Product teams to build optimized systems that deliver value to our customers. We are looking for individuals with past AI / ML experience that are excited about building the agentic professional services systems of the future. The role is based in San Francisco, CA. We use an in-person work model and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

Requirements

2+ YoE (post-BS/MS) in an AI / ML role.
Excited about redefining knowledge work through an AI-native lens.
Self-directed and comfortable working autonomously.
Communicate both low-level technical details and high-level strategic plans effectively.
Experience driving long-term, ambiguous research projects to completion - ideally with significant practical impact.
Maintain a high personal velocity and move with urgency and agency.
Excellent quantitative intuition and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Build novel AI-native workflows end-to-end, finding the balance between state-of-the-art and pragmatism.
Deeply understand customer needs and identify product improvements, evaluating and improving our systems over time.
Work with a variety of large, unstructured data sources to develop our products.
Identify new opportunities for AI solutions based on client needs, and set the direction and roadmap required to implement them.
Design and implement analytics-driven evaluation systems that enable product growth.
