About The Position

ZipStaff is seeking an AI Engineer to build, configure, and deploy Glean-based enterprise AI and search solutions for a global technology services firm. This is a hands-on Glean implementation role focused on integrations, connectors, search, indexing, access controls, and production deployment—not model training or pure research. The engineer will build solutions around client use cases, develop data and content ingestion pipelines, support secure identity and permissions configurations, and create supporting integrations using Python, REST APIs, and AWS or other cloud services. The role also includes testing, troubleshooting, production support, and collaboration with client engineering teams. The position is a U.S.-based remote contract through ZipStaff on W2; C2C and 1099 arrangements are not accepted.
