Role Overview As an AI Engineer, you design, build, and deploy AI capabilities that advance our products and deliver measurable business outcomes. You work with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and cross‑functional partners to build scalable systems that support content personalization, audience analytics, creative optimization, and related use cases.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. A PhD is welcome but not required.
- Strong Python skills with experience using LLM orchestration libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience working with enterprise LLMs and their APIs, including understanding performance challenges and mitigation strategies.
- Production experience building and integrating APIs, including RESTful API conventions and tools such as FastAPI.
- Experience combining multiple techniques for improving LLM output quality, such as prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, structured output validation, hybrid RAG, in‑context learning, and related methods.
- Proficiency in document processing workflows, including text extraction, chunking, and embedding.
- Experience monitoring and improving AI systems.
- Strong foundation in data science, including statistical methods and working with structured and unstructured data.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with tracing tools such as Arize, OpenTelemetry, or LangSmith is a plus.
