About The Position
As an AI Engineer on the Platform Product team, you'll build and deploy AI capabilities for our chat experiences, from model development through production integration. Entry-level role suited to a recent graduate with a foundation in applied AI/ML and software engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, AI, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python with experience in an ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn).
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, Git, and core ML fundamentals.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in AI, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with NLP or conversational AI, chatbot platforms (e.g., Agentforce), cloud (Azure), and MLOps/CI-CD.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
