About The Position

We are seeking a skilled, early career professional, as an AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions that address complex business challenges. This role combines strong engineering fundamentals with expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven problem-solving. You will work on cutting-edge AI/ML applications including anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and AI-driven conversational agents. The position offers the opportunity to research emerging technologies and maintain innovation leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience applying ML/AI to production systems
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning concepts
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation
• Experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and software development lifecycle
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience with telecom vendors or operators (Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei, Cisco) or productized telecom solutions is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and systems to solve business and technical problems
• Optimize AI/ML models for use cases such as anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into existing products and workflows
• Troubleshoot and operate AI-driven chatbots and conversational agents
• Design, build, and operate digital twins to reproduce incidents, run closed-loop simulations, and validate automation before production rollout
• Research emerging AI techniques and conduct experiments to validate solutions
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy
• Document processes, workflows, and architectures for clarity and reproducibility
