About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team for a full-time, remote position. This role is critical due to the sensitive nature of the work involved, requiring the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics, with a significant portion focused on healthcare data. You will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting AI/ML models in production environments, leveraging your strong understanding of healthcare data and best practices. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data security are essential. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to support large-scale healthcare or public sector projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, or Analytics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data, analytics, and data engineering best practices.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with Responsible AI, AI governance, and data security/compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be able to ship due to federal regulations and the sensitive nature of the work.
