We are looking for: A Growth Systems Engineer (AI & Operations) — a hybrid AI engineer and technical operations builder responsible for designing, automating, and scaling the systems that power NoGood’s internal Growth OS. This role sits at the intersection of AI engineering, automation, data infrastructure, and workflow optimization. You will build AI agents, automate cross-team processes, and support the technical foundation that helps our growth, creative, and analytics teams operate at peak efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in AI engineering, data engineering, systems engineering, automation, or technical operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and building API-driven integrations or automations.
  • Experience working with cloud environments and modern data infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML workflows, and deploying or integrating model-driven systems.
  • Strong ability to map internal processes and translate them into scalable, automated solutions.
  • A systems mindset with attention to reliability, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with growth, creative, analytics, and operations teams.
  • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguous or evolving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain lightweight AI tools and agents to support internal teams and operational workflows.
  • Automate recurring processes across teams to reduce manual work and increase efficiency.
  • Develop internal scripts, services, and automations that unify workflows and data across the company.
  • Improve system reliability through better monitoring, error handling, and documentation.
  • Support internal data infrastructure by streamlining ingestion, transformation, and operational reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and design scalable, technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of NoGood’s AI-native Growth OS, helping shape how work is done across teams.
  • Evaluate new AI technologies and automation tools to enhance internal operations.
  • Document systems and provide internal training where needed.
  • Champion a mindset of technical excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
