About The Position
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is an onsite, contract position requiring a strong background in software engineering and expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, and distributed systems observability.
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on software engineering experience
- Hands-on expertise in Python
- Enterprise experience in LLM/AI
- Hands-on RAG or LLM API integration work
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- CI/CD and Git experience
- Observability/debugging on distributed systems (e.g., logging, tracing, Kafka, ELK, Splunk)
Nice To Haves
- Named LLM platform (OpenAI/Anthropic/Vertex)
- Vector DB experience
- Agentic/multi-step workflows experience
- LLM evaluation/MLOps experience
