About The Position

Our client is a leading global independent investment banking advisory firm that provides strategic advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, restructuring, and other corporate finance matters to corporations, institutions, and governments worldwide. The firm is known for its collaborative culture, high-performance environment, and commitment to innovation and technology. Our client a major Financial Services /Asset Management company is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions across business functions including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Services. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, Azure AI services, Python, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and production AI deployments.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years building AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
• Hands-on expertise with Prompt Engineering
• Hands-on expertise with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Hands-on expertise with Embeddings & Vector Search
• Hands-on expertise with Semantic Search
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI/ML, or similar AI platforms
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data

Nice To Haves

• LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI orchestration frameworks
• Vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate)
• Databricks / large-scale data processing
• MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD for ML
• Azure Functions, C#, PowerShell automation
• Agile/Scrum environment
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise AI solutions across business functions including Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Corporate Services.
• Translate business problems into AI solutions.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize ML/LLM models.
• Evaluate, tune, and optimize AI model performance.
• Production deployment of AI applications.
