About The Position

AI Engineer (GenAI, RAG, Agentic AI)
Are you passionate about building cutting-edge AI solutions? We're seeking an experienced AI Engineer to help develop and scale enterprise AI platforms leveraging Generative AI, RAG architectures, knowledge graphs, and agentic systems. This role offers the opportunity to work on highly visible, production-grade AI initiatives that drive real business impact.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building production AI or GenAI solutions
• Experience with RAG implementations and AI agent development
• Knowledge of MCP tools/integrations
• Experience with knowledge graphs and graph databases such as Neo4j or JanusGraph
• Strong Python development skills
• AWS experience preferred, including Bedrock
• Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, and CI/CD experience

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, or Redshift
• Experience with Java, Go, or C++
• AI/ML or cloud certifications

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI agents and GenAI applications
• Design, develop, and optimize RAG solutions
• Create MCP tools and integrations
• Develop knowledge graph and graph-based retrieval capabilities
• Improve AI model performance, accuracy, and governance
• Deploy and manage cloud-native AI workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI solutions from concept to production
