About The Position
Seeking an operational AI governance professional who owns the day-to-day mechanics of AI governance. This role involves maintaining the inventory of AI/agent solutions, tracking controls and evidence, processing intake, validating data/identity/connectors/privacy requirements, monitoring usage/cost/control thresholds, and producing governance reporting.
Requirements
- Understanding of AI governance / Responsible AI / AI controls.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agentic AI concepts and workflows.
- Experience in AI asset/inventory management.
- Exposure to low-code development.
- Ability to understand how agents are built and deployed.
- Strong communication and fit within culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an authoritative inventory of AI assets including: Owner, Purpose, Connectors, Data sources, Risk tier, Review date.
- Understand AI governance beyond just GRC/compliance.
- Work closely with builders in Copilot/agentic environments and engage in hands-on work as necessary.
- Manage governance dashboards/reporting.
- Ensure Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data classification, connectors, and identity/access controls are implemented.
