This role is for an AI Engineer with 6-9 years of experience, and optionally 2-4 years working in the manufacturing domain. The role requires hands-on experience in shop floor operations, production planning, and systems including MES, SCADA, and ERP. Proficiency in industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Modbus) is needed to bridge OT/IT systems for real-time data extraction. Applied experience with OEE, Six Sigma, SPC, and lean methodologies to drive measurable gains in yield, uptime, and efficiency is also required. The role involves working with LLM/AI technologies such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and Open AI API, and architecting RAG pipelines to integrate generative AI into enterprise cloud environments. A strong communicator is needed to translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for operations and executive stakeholders. Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is also required.

Requirements

• AI Engineer with 6-9 years of experience.
