About The Position

FGF Brands is seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy recent graduate for the role of AI Engineer. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about building with AI and have a track record of creating prototypes and shipping software. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, executive leadership, and industry innovation within the food manufacturing sector. You will collaborate directly with senior leaders in supply chain and operations to develop agentic AI tools that address real business challenges and are implemented in production environments. This is an active, hands-on role focused on turning operational problems into functional software solutions.

Requirements

• A recent graduate (0–3 years of experience)
• Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field
• You’ve built real AI projects and can show them (side projects count)
• Strong Python, APIs, version control, and basic system design
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine‑tuning, or agentic frameworks)
• Able to explain technical concepts simply to non‑technical partners

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI-powered and agentic solutions focused on supply chain and operations
• Rapidly prototype and iterate—POCs in days, not quarters
• Apply LLMs to real-world data using RAG, fine‑tuning, and agent frameworks
• Build internal tools, automations, and dashboards that drive measurable impact
• Partner with senior leaders to translate business friction into working software
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworks
• Clearly explain what you build through demos and practical walkthroughs
